ITEMS OF INTEREST
An extremely rare example of what was actually one of the first landscape designs, Luxor alongside Sunray were the first abstract landscapes and came from the period between total abstraction of 1929/30 and the 1930/31 landscapes. This example is the only wall charger known to date. Painted radially it displays superbly with a repeating image around a yellow central well. A stunning piece that measures 33cm in diameter carries a Bizarre backstamp and is date coded for March 1930.
